A few weeks later, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a new photo on social media in honor of William’s birthday. The couple appeared to be madly in love, and veteran BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond believes William and Kate are stronger together than ever.

Prince William and Kate Middleton – Date nights
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s love story began at St. Andrews University. The couple became close friends, but when they decided to move in together with some other friends, William was almost denied permission because the university had a no-boys policy. However, everything worked out, and they relocated to 13A Hope Street, an off-campus apartment.
Prince William tried to be romantic; once, he stated that he made dinner for Kate. It was disclosed that “he would always come with a bit of angst and a bit of anger if something had gone wrong,” as well as that she “would have to wander in and save something that was going.”
Where Prince William and Kate Middleton spend their date nights – and no one knows
The pair frequently visits their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, where they have spent a lot of time in recent years to get away from the spotlight while Kate recovers. They not only appreciate solitude behind the walls of their Norfolk home, but they also feel anonymous among the locals. There, royal admirers may not even recognize that Prince William and Kate Middleton were out in public, having a normal night like everyone else.
“The locals are incredibly protective of them, you don’t often see people get out their camera phones and record them. They are left to just get on with a family occasion,” royal expert Katie Nicholl told OK! in 2021.
