Bizarre Melania Trump ‘body double’ rumours have started again as people question if woman at inauguration is really her

Clips circulating from Donald Trump’s inauguration day have raised questions about whether Melania is really there, because a few conspiracy theorists suggest she may be using a ‘body double’.

Donald Trump and Melania were spotted at a church service ahead of his official inauguration on 20 January.

At his inauguration, the 78-year-old will be surrounded by many of his family members, including his daughter Ivanka.

In the mean time, the incoming first lady arrived for a church service ahead of the ceremony later today, sporting a black and white ensemble.

She also wore a matching hat, making it tricky to see her face.

Therefore, many are questioning whether it is really Melania under the hat, or a body double that has been hired to accompany Donald throughout the day.

“Is Melania attending or is it her body double?”, one user on X said.

Another questioned: “Why is he using a Melania body double with a latex mask?”

A third noted: “She’s a little taller. Maybe her heels but the hat way down…maybe it’s a double?”

In spite of Melania not being present for a large amount of Trump’s campaign, we highly doubt that he hired a body double to replace his wife for such an important occasion.

Melania did not make an appearance at Trump’s rallies during the election, because she previously opened up about the couple not always seeing eye to eye.

Melania has now opened up about how she feels going back to her role of First Lady during an interview with Fox and Friends.

The former model said: “I feel I was always me the first time as well, I just feel that people didn’t accept me maybe.

“Maybe some people, they see me as just a wife of the president, but I’m standing on my own two feet. Independent. I have my own thoughts, I have my own ‘yes’ and ‘no’.”

And commenting on her husband’s political moves, Melania noted that the pair ‘don’t always agree’.

“I gave him my advice, and sometimes he listens. Sometimes he doesn’t and that’s OK.”, she noted.

It has now been made clear that the First Lady will not permanently live in The White House for the duration of her husband’s presidency. Instead, she will split her time between New York, Washington DC, and Florida.

Yet, the mum-of-one added: “My first priority is, you know, to be a mom, to be a First Lady, to be a wife. And once we are in on Jan. 20, you serve the country.”
