While it was not as extravagant as typical nuptials, Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy’s wedding reception was still memorable and romantic.
Donny and Jenny Celebrate A Decade Together
According to Good Morning America, a couple chose to commemorate their 10th wedding anniversary with a special vow renewal. The couple returned to their starting point, the Hotel Baker in St. Charles, Illinois. McCarthy and Wahlberg got married here for the first time in 2014.
They posted an Instagram story in front of a wedding officiant, as well as a lovely video.

At the start of the video, the couple is dressed casually in all black. They then exchange a lovely handshake. As the song’s beat fades, the couple changes into matching evening attire. McCarthy is wearing a long blue dress, while Walhberg is dressed in a matching blue suit.

While some couples lose their spark after many years together, Donnie Wahlberg’s marriage to Jenny McCarthy is still going strong. Wahlberg provided the sweetest caption for his Instagram video. Jenny also took to Instagram to praise her hubby. The celebrity released a video of some of the couple’s wonderful moments together. She captioned the video with the following affectionate comments.
“How do I feel like a newlywed after ten years of marriage? It’s easy when you’re married to Donnie Wahlberg. I love you, mister. There aren’t enough words to describe the full life of love and laughter we’ve lived these past ten years.” She then goes on to mention many of the things that Donnie Wahlberg is to her in their marriage.
Some of those things include her rock, her joy, her comfort, her soulmate, and her best friend. She then ends the post with,

While this may appear to be a rare and romantic ritual to some, McCarthy explains that vow renewals are not uncommon for them. According to Good Morning America, she discussed vow renewal in March. During an interview on Live with Kelly and Mark, she revealed that she and Donnie renew their vows each year.
She went on: “Life gets so busy, and we just want to remind each other of the vows and the path and the love we share.”
