Recently, however, speculation about their marriage falling apart has been growing. Renowned Trump biographer Michael Wolff has shared new insights into Melania’s feelings toward her husband, while the White House has also weighed in.

Donald and Melania’s relationship eventually blossomed, leading to their wedding in 2005 at the Bethesda-by-the-Sea Church in Palm Beach, Florida. Their marriage has long been a topic of discussion in the media.
According to Page Six, Melania spent 2022 renegotiating the terms of her prenuptial agreement with Donald. By November 2023, she had reportedly secured a revised “postnup” to ensure financial security for herself and their son, Barron, amid mounting legal costs, fines, and damages faced by Donald.

In a typical manner, Donald weathered a storm of serious legal issues before winning the 2024 Presidential Election last November. Melania was initially hesitant to return to the White House, but in 2024, she changed her mind, stating that she would be interested in a second term as First Lady. However, one body language expert noted that the woman was not exactly beaming with joy after her husband won.
It is reported that Donald and Melania had their share of disagreements when they resided at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for the first time. Not long ago, the Slovenian-born model chose to share new information about her marriage to Donald.

New book claims Melania Trump “hates” her husband
Donald and Melania rarely discuss their relationship publicly, but in his latest book, All or Nothing, Michael Wolff alleges that Melania has lost all affection for her husband.
According to excerpts from the book, she has little interest in spending time with him and has made it clear that she will not reside full-time in the White House during a second term. Instead, she plans to divide her time between Washington, New York—where she will be with Barron—and Palm Beach, Florida, where the Trumps lived after leaving the White House.

“Melania continued to be an additional freak-out, absolutely refusing every entreaty to speak or even to appear side by side with her husband. He had never faced point-blank questions from the media about their relationship. But what if ‘Where’s Melania?’ started now in earnest?” he continued.
“But that was all before the shooting…now the attempt on Trump’s life not only made him again incontrovertibly the central figure of the moment, if not the age, giving him a maximum hero’s electoral mantle, but it also repositioned his convention as the joyous and abject coronation of which he dreamed.”
So how much distance does Melania allegedly want to keep from her husband? According to Michael Wolff, Trump’s campaign staff “didn’t even know where Melania lived.”
When appearing on the Daily Beast’s podcast, Wolff explained: “She doesn’t live with him. They spend very little time together. Whenever she was at the White House or at Mar-a-Lago, it’s like she’s a guest. She basically lives in Trump Tower now.”
