A husband was sitting on the couch reading a book titled, “How to Be the Boss at Home.”
After finishing it, he closed the book, stood up proudly, and walked over to his wife.
He announced,
“From now on, I’m the man of this house!”
“My word is law!”
His wife looked up and quietly listened.
He continued,
“You’ll cook whatever I want, clean whenever I say, and every evening when I come home, I expect a delicious meal waiting for me!”
He paused dramatically.
“And do you know who’s going to dress me and comb my hair tomorrow?”
His wife smiled sweetly.
“The funeral director.”
The husband froze.
He slowly looked at the book in his hand.
Apparently, Chapter One was about being the boss…
And Chapter Two was missing entirely.
