The Old Man’s Marriage Secret Was Simpler Than You Think
Three men sat with an old man on a park bench, asking him about marriage.
The first man leaned in.
“How do you stay happy for so many years?”
The second asked,
“How do you avoid arguments?”
The third smiled,
“What’s the real secret?”
The old man didn’t answer right away. He just sat there, calm, watching people walk by like he had all the time in the world.
Then he smiled.
“I forget things.”
The three men exchanged confused looks.
“Forget what?” one of them asked.
The old man shrugged, completely relaxed.
